About Edward Lee
Ed founded Lee & Luu Consulting in 2025. He built his career at the intersection of accounting, banking, and tax. Ed graduated from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Business Economics and began his career at KPMG LLP (Big 4), where he worked with clients ranging from fast-growing to Fortune 100 companies.
Ed worked in corporate tax compliance, preparing/reviewing ASC 740 (accounting for income taxes) tax provisions, resolving complex federal and state tax issues, while mainly assisting clients with their tax filing needs. This experience taught him the value of precise reporting, strong planning, and clear communication.
